How To Create Your Own Run Commands in Windows
Hey friends this is my first Computer Tricks Article on this blog. Today in this article I am going to show you how to create your run command shortcuts in windows, yes you can create your own run command shortcuts. We remember most of the run command shortcuts to quickly launch the Windows tools and control panel programs as well. It is a tiny but very useful trick you can learn it very easily.
Create Your Run CMD ::
For doing this you need to follow these simple steps ::
- First go to Start menu
- Then right-click on the program for which you would like to create a command
- Create a shortcut of that program on desktop by choosing Send to option to send it on desktop as a Shortcut
Now your program' shortcut is on your desktop.
You can rename the shortcut and give any name that you like to call that particular program shortly just give anything that you want.
Now you need to copy that shortcut from your desktop and paste that shortcut of the program from desktop to Windows folder. means in "C:\Windows" folder.
After successfully following the above steps now what you have to just open your open Run dialog box either from Start menu or by hitting [Windows] + [R] keyboard shortcut.
Now you just need to type the name of the program that you give your shortcut in above steps in run dialog box and hit enter to launch the program.
In my case I have named that shortcut as Media so I have entered Media to open that particular program.
You will see that your program will open with the command that you have created by your own.
