If you are using Windows 8 in your PC then you have notice one thing that is when you want to shutdown your pc you need to several option where as in Windows 7 it can be done with in the two steps. Here I come with a trick using this trick you can shut down your Windows 8 pc with one click. No need to pull out the charm menu and then click on setting and then click on Power button and then select the option for shut down or restart. Hhuu.. have you notice how many action you performed just for shutting down your pc in Windows 8. To overcome this problem let us create our own ShutDown tile so that we do not need to perforn such kinda of action to shut down our pc in Windows 8 with help og this you can shut down your Windows 8 PC just in one click.

How To Create Your Own Shutdown Shourtcut In Windows 8 ::

Well for creating your own shutdown tile in Windows 8 you just need to follow these very simple and few streps that are given below, just follow the steps one by one :

Step 1 ::

Goto your desktop and create a shortcut on your destop by right clicking on desktop and click on create new shorcut.

Goto Desktop > Right Click on Destop > Create New Shortcut

Step 2 ::

After doing this you can see a window will open on your desktop that asking you for the location of the item for which you want to create the short cut.

You just need to enter "shutdown /s /t 0" in the location box and click on the next. 

Step 3 ::

Now enter a name for your shutdown shortcut and click on the finish button. Now if you see your desktop you will see shortcut icon is there on your desktop.

Step 4 ::

Now you need to change the shortcut icon for doing this goto the properties of the shortcut by right clicking on the shortcut icon and selecting the properties.

Right Click On Shortcut > Properties

A properties window will open and now you need to click on the shortcut tab just click on that tab.

In the shortcut tab click on the Change icon button that is given below in thw tab.

When you click on the chage icon button a warning window will open don't bother about that warning and just click on the OK button.

Step 5 ::

When you click on the Ok button a window will open that contain all the icons that is uses by Windows. Now you just need to search a icon that look like a shutdown icon or you can search icon outside by clicking in the browse button. when you found the icon just click on the OK button twice(second one is for propeties window).

Step 6 ::

After following the above steps you can see your Shutdown shortcut on your desktop now right click on the shortcut and select Pin To Start. This will create a tile on your Start Screen. 

Right Click On Shortcut > Pin To Start

You can pin this shortcut to your taskbar as well :

Right Click On Shortcut > Pin To Taskbar

Now if you see your Start Screen you will find a Shutdown tile you can drag it to change the location and place it at your' choice place on your Start Screen.....:-)
